भारत वर्ष ग्रामों में बसता है । देश की अधिकांश जनता ग्रामीण अंचल में निवास करती है। ग्रामीण लोक-समाज जिन शब्दों में अपने हृदय के उद्गार प्रकट करता है और साधारण जनता जिन शब्दों में अपने हृदय के उद्गार प्रकट करता है और साधारण जनता जिन शब्दों में गाती-रोती है, हँसती-खेलती है - उन सभी को लोक साहित्य में परिगणित किया जा सकता है ।
लोक साहित्य के विषय में विद्वानों के विचारों में मतभेद है । वास्तव में लोक-साहित्य लोक की ही सम्पत्ति कहा जा सकता है । विद्वानों का एक वर्ग मानता है कि - ‘लोक साहित्य की रचना स्वयमेव होती है । दूसरे वर्ग का मानना है कि ‘जाति के समस्त व्यक्ति मिलकर इसकी रचना करते है । मौखिक धरोहर के रूप में पीढ़ी-दर-पीढ़ी चला आ रहा लोक-साहित्य अनेक कंठों द्वारा सजता-संवरता रहा है । सभ्यता और संस्कृतियों के उत्थान-पतन की कहानी समेटता लोक-साहित्य अपनी स्वाभाविक गति से आगे बढ़ता रहा है । साहित्य का उत्थान और पतन हुआ लेकिन लोक-साहित्य का झरना अजस्त्र प्रवाहित होता रहा । यह परम्परा से प्राप्त खजाना दिनों दिन बढ़ता गया । किसी भी लोक का साहित्य जीवन के धार्मिक, आर्थिक, समाजिक पहलुओं से घनिष्

वाल्मीकिरामायणं भारतीयैपैतिहास्य प्राणभूतो छन्यो वर्तते। एतस्मिन् यजीवनदर्शनं तदजातकालावधः न केवलं भारतीयानाम् अपितु संमारवासिनामपि प्रेरणादायक कल्याणकारकद्ध वर्तते। प्रकृते अस्मिन् शोधालेखे रामायणे वर्णितस्य गुरुगणस्य विन्तरमः प्रतिपादनं कृतम्। श्रीरामस्य अपूर्वा पितृभक्तिरप्यव वर्णिता। महर्षिविश्वामित्रेण रामलक्ष्मणयोर्यक्ररक्षार्थ यथा साहाय्यमपेक्षितं तदपि ममुल्लिखितम्। भरतस्य अपूर्वी त्यागो धातुप्रेम च प्रेरकत्वेन प्रकटितम्। हनुमतधरित्रवैशिष्ठ्यमपि समुपहितमिह। रामचरितमानससन्दर्भेण शरणागतस्य विभीषणस्य संवादोपि सम्यक्त्या समावेनितः। रामायणगतस्य जीवनदर्शनस्य विविधा नित्यनूतनाः सर्वप्रेरक प्रस‌ङ्गा सुयुतया प्रकटिताः।

विश्वनाथकविराजस्य साहित्यदर्पणे काव्यसौन्दर्यस्य विवेचनं सहृदयस्य रसानुभवेन सम्बद्धम्। कथागतस्य विशिष्टव्यक्तेर्भावः कथं तदनुभवात् भिन्नपरिस्थितौ स्थितस्य पाठकस्य आस्वादविषयो भवतीति प्रश्नस्य समाधानाय साधारणीकरणस्य महत्त्वं प्रतिपादितम्। प्रस्तुताध्ययने तृतीयपरिच्छेदस्थस्य रसस्वरूपविवेचनस्य, साधारणीकरणप्रक्रियायाः, सहृदययोग्यतायाः तथा करुणरसास्वादस्य पाठानुगतं परीक्षणं कृतम्। भरतमम्मटधनञ्जयाभिनवगुप्तानां विचाराः सैद्धान्तिकभूमित्वेन, आनन्दवर्धनक्षेमेन्द्रजगन्नाथानां मतानि तुलनात्मकविमर्शाय च स्वीकृतानि। अध्ययनात् स्पष्टं भवति यत्साधारणीकरणं कथागतविशेषाणां लोपं न साधयति; तेषामनुभवे बाधकस्य व्यवहारगतस्वपरविभागस्य शैथिल्यं सम्पादयति। सहृदयः पात्रस्य ऐतिहासिकं व्यक्तित्वं न प्राप्नोति, तथापि तस्य भावस्थितौ आस्वादरूपेण सहभागी भवति। एषा सहभागिता भावसंस्कारस्य, साहित्यिकाभिव्यक्तेः तथा अनुकूलपरिस्थितेः संयुक्तमपेक्षते। रसस्य अखण्डत्वं विश्लेषणीयावयवानामभावं न सूचयति; आस्वादे तेषामेकानुभवरूपतां दर्शयति। करुणस्य आनन्दरूपत्वमपि वर्णितदुःखस्य निषेधेन न, तस्य काव्यगतावस्थान्तरस्य विवेचनेन

Abstract
Sport psychologists can also help athletes: Enhance performance. Various mental strategies, such as visualization, self-talk and relaxation techniques can help athletes overcome obstacles and achieve their full potential. The birth of sports psychology in Europe happened largely in Germany. The first sports psychology laboratory was founded by Dr. Carl Diem in Berlin, in the early 1920s the early years of sport psychology were also highlighted by the formation of the Deutsche Hochschule für Leibesübungen (College of Physical Education) by Robert Werner Schulte in 1920. The lab measured physical abilities and aptitude in sport, and in 1921, and as a result of attempts to increase the Olympic medal numbers The Americans felt that their sport performances were inadequate and very disappointing compared to the ones of the Soviets, so this led them to invest more in the methods that could ameliorate their athletes performance, and made them have a greater interest on the subject

Abstract
The most popular technique for gathering data from respondents to assess the research activity in social sciences is the formulation of legitimate and trustworthy questionnaires. In order to effectively meet the evaluation requirements of a particular programme or intervention, it is crucial to keep a few key points in mind when designing a questionnaire. What kind of data is first required to both capture the crucial programme goals and achieve the evaluation's objectives? Secondly, what kind of inquiries and responses will best provide the data you desire? Last but not least, consider how the questionnaire should be formatted to be both user-friendly and collect the range of data required to evaluate a research effort. This conceptual research paper gives a piece of detailed information about the test construction and its principles.
