EFFECTIVENESS OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN IMPROVING PHYSICS LEARNING OUTCOMES AMONG HIGHER SECONDARY STUDENTS
Author: S. Anne Josephine Mary & M. Vakkil

ABSTRACT
Artificial intelligence (AI) tools are increasingly proposed as a means of improving conceptual understanding and measurable achievement in physics, a subject that higher secondary students consistently find demanding because of its abstract theoretical content and heavy dependence on mathematical reasoning. This study investigates the effectiveness of an AI-supported instructional intervention in improving physics learning outcomes among 45 higher secondary students. A single-group pretest-posttest pre-experimental design was adopted, in which the sample was taught a defined physics unit using an AI-based learning tool (an adaptive tutoring or conversational AI system providing stepwise problem-solving support, instant feedback, and personalised practice) over a six-week period, with achievement measured before and after the intervention using a teacher-constructed, content-validated Physics Achievement Test. The study is grounded in constructivist learning theory, Vygotsky'

LITERARY AND LEGAL ASPECTS OF EUTHANASIA: A CRITICAL STUDY
Author: Seema Baswana

ABSTRACT
Euthanasia remains one of the most difficult questions in modern jurisprudence because it forces law to confront suffering, dignity, autonomy, dependency, and the limits of medical power at the same time. In India, the debate has moved from abstract moral disagreement to a more precise constitutional and procedural framework through Aruna Ramachandra Shanbaug v. Union of India, Common Cause v. Union of India, and, most recently, the Harish Rana litigation. Yet legal doctrine alone cannot fully capture what is at stake in decisions at the end of life. Literature supplies a necessary corrective. It reveals that the crisis of dying is not merely biological. It is narrative, relational, and institutional. Texts such as Leo Tolstoy’s The Death of Ivan Ilyich and the ethical reflections around Brian Clark’s Whose Life Is It Anyway? illuminate how suffering is intensified when the patient is reduced to an object of management rather than treated as a person whose life retains meanin

TRANSFORMING PRODUCTS INTO BRAND: STRATEGIES FOR SUSTAINABLE BRAND DEVELOPMENT
Author: Ranjana Pandey Mishra

ABSTRACT
In the contemporary business environment, products alone are insufficient to sustain long-term competitive advantage. Organizations increasingly recognize that sustainable growth depends on transforming products into strong brands that establish emotional, functional, and symbolic relationships with consumers. This paper explores the strategic journey through which a product evolves into a successful brand by integrating branding theories, customer relationship management, brand equity models, and digital marketing perspectives. The study adopts an exploratory and descriptive research design based on an extensive review of academic literature and multiple case studies, including Starbucks, Apple, Nike, and Amul. The research identifies six critical stages of brand evolution: product development, market positioning, brand identity creation, integrated marketing communication, customer relationship management, and sustainable brand expansion. The findings indicate that successf

Author: Pankaj Kalyan & Jagdeep Kumar

ABSTRACT
The history of Indian Education reveals a long and dynamic change of teaching learning process and the role and duties of teachers. From the Gurukul Education system to where the teacher worked as a mentor and guide in the present era of technology-friendly learning the role of teacher has undergone deep transformation. This study examines the historical development of teacher roles and responsibilities in India and analyzes how educational changes and technology enhancement have changed teaching learning practices. By using a descriptive and analytical research design based on secondary sources such as policy documents, articles book and educational data the study finds the changing role of teacher in education from conventional mentorship models to modern professionalized systems supported by technology integration. Particular concentration is given to the impact of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, which emphasizes teacher empowerment, digital learning, and continu

DEVELOPMENT AND VALIDATION OF A SCALE FOR MEASURING SECONDARY SCHOOL STUDENTS' PERCEPTIONS AND CHALLENGES OF ONLINE EDUCATION
Author: Nafisa Jindal & Vani Parwez

ABSTRACT
The rapid expansion of online education has transformed teaching-learning practices across educational institutions worldwide. While online learning offers flexibility and accessibility, it also presents several challenges that influence students' learning experiences and academic engagement. The present study aimed to develop and validate a comprehensive scale for measuring secondary school students' perceptions and challenges of online education. The scale development process followed a systematic mixed-method approach. Initially, qualitative interviews were conducted with 20 secondary school students, comprising 10 students from government schools and 10 students from private schools in Patiala District, Punjab. Thematic analysis of interview data identified five key dimensions: Technical Challenges, Health and Psychological Issues, Support Services and Communication, Cost Related Issues, and Quality of Teaching and Learning. Based on these themes and an extensive review o

CULTURAL SUSTAINABILITY AND PRESERVATION OF WARLI ART: SYSTEMIC CHALLENGES AND COMMUNITY-CENTRED STRATEGIES FOR AN INDIGENOUS VISUAL TRADITION IN CONTEMPORARY MAHARASHTRA
Author: Vijay Bondar & Mandakini Sharma

ABSTRACT
The art of the Warli tribe belongs to the Sahyadri range of Maharashtra state in Western India, and this paper attempts to analyse the threat to its sustainability as a living cultural tradition in the light of rising commercial interest in it. As such, cultural traditions are essentially systemic in nature, combining several domains of human experience, and they require a similarly systems-thinking approach to identifying threats to their sustainability. Our framework of analysis integrates Throsby’ (2001, 2010) model of cultural capital with Convention for safeguarding of Intangible Cultural Heritage (UNESCO, 2003), social-ecological resilience theory (Holling, 1973; Walker & Salt, 2006) and Cultural ecosystem services with qualitative primary data collected from the fieldwork conducted at Maharashtra’s Palghar district during three phases (2019-20, 2021-2022, 2022-24) and secondary data compiled through study of similar grassroots efforts towards sustainability of indigeno
