ABSTRACT
Customers contribute to the brand equity of a socially responsible business by increasing its future profits and reputation. Consequently, CSR initiatives serve as methods for businesses to enhance their reputation, thereby influencing brand equity as an outcome. Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is an internal business strategy that allows a company to maintain its social accountability to itself, its stakeholders, and the community.
