ABSTRACT
In 2026, Artificial Intelligence (AI) has emerged as a transformative force in education, significantly reshaping teaching methodologies and learning experiences worldwide. From personalized learning platforms to AI-driven assessment systems, these technologies are enhancing efficiency, accessibility, and learner engagement. However, the rapid integration of AI into educational environments also raises critical ethical concerns that require urgent and sustained attention.

One of the foremost challenges is data privacy. AI systems collect and process vast amounts of student data, including academic performance and behavioral patterns. With the expansion of digital infrastructure, the risks of data breaches, unauthorized access, and misuse have intensified, underscoring the need for robust data protection frameworks.

Algorithmic bias and fairness present another significant concern. AI models are often trained on datasets that may reflect existing social and educational i
