ABSTRACT
Ethics and quality have been integral to human civilisation since time immemorial. Achieving excellence remains the primary goal of every organisation and institution, making the integration of quality and ethical standards an absolute necessity. Work ethics and quality constitute the foundational pillars of the teaching-learning process in any education system. To bring about transformative changes in student outcomes with respect to knowledge, competencies, and attitudes, it is essential to nurture students with strong integrity, high moral values, and robust professional knowledge. This is particularly critical in the era of global integration, when the nation demands well-trained graduates equipped with the right knowledge, skills, and moral strength needed to sustain growing industries and evolve as self-reliant entrepreneurs.

The rapid proliferation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in educational institutions has introduced a transformative dimension to the discourse
